If you are not satisfied with your device, you may return it in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our XGIMI support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the projector along with all original accessories, manuals, and cables into the original box to ensure safe transit back to our service center.

  Inspection and Refund
